Practice Closure for appointments 20th January 2015 In conjunction with all other practices in Medway the surgery will be closed to patients wishing to see a doctor during the afternoon of Tuesday 20th January 2015 for doctor training. The surgery phones will be transferred to the answer machine. If you need urgent medical attention before the Sunlight Centre Surgery opens as normal on Wednesday 21st January 2015, please ring NHS 111 to access the out of hours service by dialling 111 on your telephone keypad.  NHS 111 is free to call from both landline and mobile phones.

The surgery will remain open for collection of prescriptions, verbal booking of future appointments and other administrative reasons but please note there will be no doctors in the building.

Welcome to the Sunlight Centre Surgery

Sunlight_CentreThe Sunlight Centre Surgery offers a general practice service to about  5200 patients and is situated in the busy Sunlight Centre, in Richmond Road, Gillingham.

The Sunlight Centre is part of the Sunlight Development Trust, a community owned and managed charitable organisation that works with partners across all sectors to improve health inequity and wellbeing by providing an improved range of social, medical and community activities.

The surgery is part of the Unscheduled Care Service provided by NHS Medway Community Healthcare.
